AtlasHub says the suggestion by Anthony that Michael attempted to seize control of Acel following Tau’s investment is untenable because Michael, as a director of AtlasHub, always had control over Acel since its inception, and nothing changed with Tau’s investment. ... Although Anthony deposed that he is the inventor of all of the patents, when it was put to him that this was not the case on the face of the documents, he attempted to draw a distinction between patents generally and patents of value, and suggests he is the sole inventor of any of the patents that may have value. ... Michael disagrees that Anthony was the inventor for any of the patents. He says that he may have been listed as such, but the actual inventing work was done by engineers. ... It follows that since I have not found that Anthony is entitled to the 106 million common shares issued to him on April 24, 2025, Anthony’s petition is necessarily dismissed.
