Several matters started earlier this year were missed from the email alerts, including several IP proceedings. These missed IP proceeding are included below. In some cases, the Federal Court appeared to have opened new ’empty’ matters and only later populated the matter with the proceeding details. My software only noticed the ’empty’ matter and skipped it, and therefore I missed the later-populated matter.
