These reasons and the accompanying Order concern the costs to be awarded in respect of the penalty phase of the civil contempt proceedings brought by the Plaintiffs against the individual Defendants, Antonio Macciacchera and his son Marshall Macciacchera [see 2025 FC 1378] ... For the reasons that follow, Antonio will be ordered to pay a lump sum amount of $102,470.51 to the Plaintiffs, inclusive of disbursements. Marshall will be ordered to pay a lump sum amount of $101,470.51 to the Plaintiffs, inclusive of disbursements. Those amounts will be payable forthwith. ... For the reasons set forth in Part II.A above, the Plaintiffs will be awarded solicitor-client costs
