There is a new book, “The Regulation of Drugs in Canada“, discussing the Food and Drugs Act, including sections on intellectual property and the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations from authors currently with Health Canada Legal Services of the DOJ.

The book is authored by Nessim Abu-Zahra, Simon Carvalho and David Edwards who have advised on various aspects of pharma patent litigation, Food and Drugs Act, and Patented Medicines Prices Review Board.
