Phuong T.V. Ngo, a partner at Gowling WLG in Ottawa was appointed today as a Judge of the Federal Court.
As noted in the Federal Court’s announcement, “With this appointment, the Federal Court’s complement of full-time judges counts more women (20) than men (19). ”
